Requirments:

Who Are We Looking For?


🎯 Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales manager role (preferably in fintech)

🎯 Proven track record of sales and high-performance

🎯 Strong leadership with the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, and make quick decisions

🎯 Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)

🎯 A positive, proactive mindset with out-of-the-box thinking

🎯 Strong multitasking and organizational skills

🎯 Strong analytical skills. Be able to analyze data, draw conclusions

🎯 Ability to create sales strategy based on incoming data and adapt sales strategy in a timely manner

🎯 Experience in creating online and offline sales funnels, monitoring them, identifying bottlenecks and improving them while in use

🎯 Experience in public speaking is welcomed

🎯 Excel knowledge

🎯 Ability to provide results in the form of clear understandable reports based on data rather than words

🎯 Experience in business or sales process development is a BIG plus
