Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive the acquisition of new clients for Forex trading account openings and algorithmic trading solutions. This is a full-time, field-based role involving direct client meetings, presentations, and closing deals. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, preferably in financial markets, investment products, or trading services.
Requirments:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (financial products preferred).
- Must be willing to travel frequently for client meetings.
- Full-time commitment (field job).
- Age 21 – 35 years preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
- Basic understanding of trading platforms like MT4/MT5 will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients interested in Forex trading and algo trading products.
Explain company services, trading account benefits, and algo solutions to prospective clients.
Meet clients face-to-face to present offerings and answer queries.
Assist clients in account opening documentation and KYC process.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure conversions and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Report daily activities, leads, and closures to the sales manager.
Stay updated with financial market trends and company product updates.
Skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities (Hindi & English; regional languages are a plus).
Knowledge of Forex trading, financial markets, or investment products is preferred.
Ability to explain technical concepts (algo trading) in simple terms.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and online communication platforms.
