Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Copywriter to join our fast-paced Marketing & Branding team here at GTC. If you’ve ever written:
★ Landing pages that made traders hurry to leave their details in the lead form.
★ Emails (or an entire series of emails in a drip campaign) that revived dormant traders and even made them deposit.
★ eBooks that made newbie traders feel special.
★ Press Releases that disrupted.
★ Website content that set the brokerage you were writing for apart.
★ Video or voiceover scripts that got the message across really quickly.
★ Or a Google or social ad that brought in hundreds of leads because it stood out…
We want you! You’ll be reporting directly to our CMO, Jaymes Payten, and you’ll be working closely with our other senior creatives who live happily in the Marketing team. This isn’t your typical “make it sound good” writing role, and as you can most probably tell, this hasn’t been written by AI either.
We’re after a strategic thinker who knows the FX space inside and out, someone who can switch from writing long-form educational content to hard-hitting, conversion-driven email copy without blinking. We’re also looking for someone who is happy to use AI, but only when it comes to ideation, not when it comes to the creation of engaging and energetic copy.
We’re looking for a Copywriter who:
● Has definitely written for brokerages before and ideally across websites, funnels, emails, and ad campaigns.
● Can take technical products like ECN trading, liquidity solutions, and Client Areas and make them feel as exciting as a new iPhone. No pressure.
● Understands what makes traders and IBs tick.
● Knows the difference between content and copy and more importantly, when to use each.
● Can work fast but never compromise on quality. That’s an absolute must.
If you’re the kind of Copywriter who takes pride in every word, hates fluff, and knows that "open a live account" doesn’t always need to be the CTA, we’ve got your desk waiting and the kettle on.

At GTC, we don’t write for vanity. We write to win. Every email, landing page, and campaign we create has a clear goal - to drive registrations, deposits/redeposits, and volume.
That’s why we’re only looking for performance-driven Copywriters who can back up their experience with a portfolio rooted in trading. You’ve written for brokers before. You know the difference between a trader and a tire-kicker. You understand what makes someone take action and your copy reflects that.
When you apply, please include examples of:
★ Landing Pages: Show us why you used the content you used along with measurable goals.
★ Emails: Show us your email marketing content calendars, your flows that onboard traders & partners as well as retain, and/or upsell them.
★ Performance Ads: We’re going to want to see the ads you created for Meta, TikTok, and/or Google campaigns, and how they performed.
★ Brokerage Website & App: We’re looking forward to seeing your creative content vision behind the brokerage websites, platforms (e.g. Client Areas, etc.) as well as apps that you worked on. If your work has moved the needle in the Forex or Fintech worlds, we’re ready to talk. Otherwise, this probably isn’t the gig for you.
Requirments:
To be our next great hire, here’s what you need to bring to the table:
★ 3–5+ years of copywriting experience, ideally with an FX, Crypto, or Fintech brand.
★ A portfolio that includes performance ads, websites, emails, and long-form content.
★ Fluent written English, both creative and precise. If you don’t think in English, this might not be the role for you.
★ A love for turning complex ideas into simple, engaging messages.
★ Strong understanding of traders, partners, and the broader financial landscape.
★ Comfortable working with performance metrics and KPIs.
★ Based in the UAE (or planning to relocate here)
Responsibilities:
Check out what you’ll be responsible for as our new Copy King or Queen:
★ Website & Landing Page Copy: You’ll write conversion-focused website and landing page copy that speaks directly to traders, IBs, affiliates, potential liquidity providers, and fintech pros.
★ Email Campaigns & Autoresponders: Craft irresistible subject lines, email flows, and follow-ups that drive engagement, conversions, and FTDs.
★ Product Launch Messaging: Collaborate with our Marketing team to launch trading products with clear, consistent, and on-brand messaging across all channels.
★ Performance Ad Copy: You’ll write short-form ads for Meta, TikTok, Google, Microsoft, and YouTube, always testing, always optimising.
★ eBooks, Scripts & Explainers: Create long-form educational and promotional content such as eBooks, scripts for videos, and product explainers.
★ Tone of Voice & Brand Messaging: Help define and evolve our tone of voice. Make sure everything we put out sounds like GTC and not like every other FX broker on the planet, which let’s face it, is boring, right?
★ Creative Direction Input: Work closely with our Visuals team (our designers and video editors) to ensure copy and visuals work together perfectly. You’re going to be introduced to the famous CB system. “Oooh, what’s a CB?” we hear you say. You’ll see!
★ Collaboration: Work with the CMO as well as our Global Marketing Managers across who sit in different locations around the world so that you can localise copy, adapt tone, and make sure our message lands.
