MoneyPlant FX is looking for an experienced Risk Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional with a strong background in the Forex brokerage industry who can effectively manage trading risk, monitor client exposure, and contribute to the company's operational stability and growth.
Requirments:
- Mandatory: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Risk Manager in a Forex Brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of Forex markets, CFDs, MT5, leverage, margin, liquidity, and hedging.
- Experience with brokerage risk management systems and exposure monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Additional language skills such as Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage market, trading, and operational risks.
- Analyze client exposure and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor leverage, margin, and liquidity to ensure appropriate risk levels.
- Work closely with the Dealing, Operations, and Compliance teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly risk and exposure reports.
- Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify potential risks and recommend improvements to strengthen the company's risk framework.
