Requirments:

🔹 Role: Retention Manager (Sales)

Location: Business Bay, Dubai

Experience Required: 6 months – 4 years in forex/CFD/Binary Options sales (retention)

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site

Responsibilities:

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with existing funded clients to increase trading activity and retention.

• Build long-term relationships through consultative and proactive account management.

• Provide market updates, analysis, and support on trading platforms and tools.

• Upsell services and promote trading advantages to active clients.

• Handle objections, resolve queries, and maximize client lifetime value.

• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs and revenue targets.

Skills

✅ Must-Have Skills:

• Forex industry experience in retention/client handling is mandatory.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English fluency required).

• Understanding of trading instruments: forex, commodities, indices, and crypto.

• Target-driven mindset with a passion for performance-based growth.

• Familiar with trading platforms (MT4/MT5) and CRM tools.

• Ability to handle pressure in a high-performance sales environment.

• Multi-lingual skills (Arabic, Spanish, French, or Hindi) are a strong plus.
