We're Hiring: Head of Trading (Forex Experience Required)

MoneyPlant FX is seeking an experienced Head of Trading to lead our trading operations. This role is ideal for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in the Forex brokerage industry who can oversee the dealing desk, manage trading operations, optimize liquidity, and ensure efficient execution while maintaining effective risk controls.

Requirments:

• Mandatory: SCA (Securities and Commodities Authority – UAE) Approved.
• Mandatory: Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Forex Brokerage, with at least 2 years in a senior Trading or Dealing leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Forex markets, CFDs, MT5, liquidity management, pricing, hedging, and risk management.
• Experience managing Liquidity Providers (LPs), bridge solutions, and brokerage trading operations.
• Strong understanding of dealing desk operations, trade execution, and market exposure management.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the daily operations of the Dealing and Trading Desk.
• Monitor market conditions, client trading activity, and overall trading performance.
• Manage liquidity providers, pricing, spreads, and trade execution.
• Develop and implement trading strategies and execution policies.
• Work closely with the Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to manage trading exposure.
• Monitor client exposure, hedging activities, and liquidity risk.
• Ensure best execution practices and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly trading performance reports.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the trading team to achieve operational excellence.
