Job Description:

We are a modern proprietary trading firm providing traders worldwide with capital, advanced trading platforms, and transparent evaluation programs. Our mission is to empower skilled traders while building a competitive edge through innovation, fair funding models, and community-driven growth. We are seeking a business development manager, to help expand our reach and activities.

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the firm’s global trader base. The BDM will also collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to position the firm competitively in the prop trading industry. This is a remote role.

Requirments:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (financial services, fintech, or prop trading industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of trading concepts (forex, CFDs, stocks, crypto) and prop firm models.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building partnerships.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute strategies to grow the trader base across global markets.
  • Build and manage affiliate, IB (Introducing Broker), and partnership networks.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Drive client acquisition through outreach, presentations, and relationship-building.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and branding initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing traders, affiliates, and partners.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities based on client/market feedback.
  • Track performance metrics (conversion, retention, revenue growth) and report results to management.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, webinars, and expos.
